We are looking for our future

Regional Sales Manager Benelux

Main role:

  • Replace Regional Sales Manager in Wallonie and Luxembourg during parental leave (march to June 2023)
  • Activate et animate sell-in and sell-out of our products in our distribution channels
  • Maintain and develop our commercial relations
  • Organize and manage product demo and our ambassadors team
  • Increase revenues through sustained commercial activity
  • Ensure the excellence of the service offered to the customer
  • Establish a qualitative presence of the brand in all POS
As of July 2023:
  • Execute sales strategy based on Laurastar Benelux commercial strategy
  • Develop our footprint in the Dutch Electro-market
  • Manage retailers of Laurastar in your region (Holland + Antwerp Province)
  • Manage and grow key accounts
  • Develop excellent relations with your retailers
  • Acquire and develop key players in new channels (DIY, Baby shop chains, Hotel chains, fashion chains and interior design shops)
  • Collaborate and work cross departmentally within the organization in particular with marketing and operations
Main activities:

  • Visit stores in both Holland and in Antwerp Province
  • Train retailer staff in stores
  • Implement “best in class” POS at key retailers
  • Recruit, develop and coach demo team to achieve first class standard and results
  • Find, test, and implement new sales channels across Holland and Antwerp Province
  • Negotiate margin, communication package and visibility of our products in store and online by key retailers
  • Represent Laurastar in trade shows
  • Ensure a precise monthly forecast and planning in coordination with production and demand planning
Technical Competencies / Training:

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in Dutch, French and English
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficient in modern IT tools
  • Excellent negotiating skills

Personnality / Soft Skills:

  • Fast learner

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to establish privileged contacts with key people
Experience required:

  • At least 3 years work experience in Electro retail in Holland or Belgium
  • Large network in the Benelux Electro retail business

Other:

  • Presence in Holland two weeks per month
  • Presence 2 days per month in the office in Brussels / Wavre
